Sales Manager Sweden - Deb Group

Deb integrates 3-Elements - Essential Products / Vital Information / Highest Standards of Behaviour - within dedicated sector programmes to enable the implementation of skin care and hand hygiene best practice in all types of workplaces and public environments, spanning industrial, healthcare, commercial and food sectors.
The Sales Manager Sweden role reports directly reports to the General manager Scandinavia. The position is office/home office based and you will be responsible for the sales performance and delivery of the sales targets for Sweden together with the leadership and management of the individual sales executives and Key Account managers based within that region.




  • Develop a long-range course of action and set of goals to align with the vision of Deb Group in Sweden
  • Develop, coordinate and communicate strategies, objectives, policies and programs for all sales activities of the organization
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly sales quotas for the region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services
  • In line with sales strategy ensure all sales personnel and initiatives have the proper measurements and processes in place to support financial success
  • Drives business efforts to identify and actively pursue customers and product and service offerings
  • Develop exceptional relationships with key end customers, distribution partners and buying groups throughout the region
  • Participate in Scandinavian Sales/Marketing management meetings (held on monthly basis)
  • Ensure the achievement of sales revenue targets and profitability
  • Provide detailed analysis, modelling and business maintenance and growth strategies
  • Support your sales executive team in the development of their end user and distributor relationships providing support and coaching in the field as and when necessary
  • Be responsible for Swedish sales employees being properly trained in, and adhering to, the highest standards of Deb’s practices so all end user sales opportunities are maximised
  • Act as an ambassador for Deb to deliver on the cause of combatting occupation skin disease in the workplace
  • Be a role model for the company in all business activities ensuring at all times adherence to the Deb Purpose and Deb Behaviours
  • Continuously evaluate whether there is sufficient total selling effort within the geographical region to cover all prioritised end customers and distributors.  Work with senior management to address any shortfalls

  • Provide deep insight into competitive market activity within your region to contribute to sales strategic thinking by the leadership team
  • Network within the Professional sector to further develop insight and bring back to the business; share with colleagues as appropriate

  • Previous experience in working with a distribution sales model
  • Proven track record of building long term mutually beneficial end customer and distributor relationships
  • Demonstrable ability to listen and act on customers views to develop a bespoke customer centric strategy that aligns with Deb’s business strategy and achieves a win-win
  • Proven experience of using market data to improve sales performance
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience of selling low value consumable products
  • Experience of writing and delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations
  • Relationships and People Management
  • Ability to build meaningful internal relationships and leverage these for the benefit of the business
